Food Diary - Pearl Liang, London
Final day in the London leg of our 2014 UK trip, we did dimsum lunch at Pearl Liang.
It was recommended by Hubby's best buddy. And it is definitely one of the good Chinese cuisine places around London.
The roast duck rivals Four Seasons in terms of roasting technique, though not the sauce. The char siew sau at Pearl Liang is good - fluffy pastry and moist stuffing.
I'm not a fan of cheongfun, but I confess it was decent. The wasabi prawn dumplings were good.
The egg tarts and the fluffy fried salted egg custard buns are thumbs-up!
